There are lots of things to love about the 90s – the music, Girl Power, Sex and the City, Harry Potter, rave culture, and pagers – but the thing we love the most is, of course, the fashion. So you can imagine our delight when we discovered Mango’s new collection and found out that it was bringing back one of our favourite decades.
From cropped cardigans and plaid jackets to slip dresses and classic denim, the collection has taken our favourite styles from the 90s and reimagined them for our wardrobes now. Sweet bubble gum pink, bold fluor green, happy yellows, and brilliant orange make the range feel spring-ready and fresh. It’s the perfect way to shake off that winter wardrobe and shake up your style.
And while we want to wear literally everything from the collection, we’ve managed to find our top ten picks that we can’t wait to wear.

Few pieces of clothing capture the 90s like a cropped cardigan, which is why we’re adding this little number to our wardrobes ASAP. With short sleeves, a deep neckline, and those cute pearly buttons, you can layer it or better yet, wear it on its own with classic blue jeans.
Blue Jeans
Speaking of blue jeans, we’ve found our new denim faves. With a high rise, a mid-rinse finish, and a straight leg cut, they’re set to become our go-to jeans.
Plaid Yellow Jacket
Live your ultimate Cher Horowitz Clueless fantasy with this cropped jacket. It’s got that iconic yellow plaid print, finished off with retro pearled buttons and chic patch pockets. Catch up repeating the phrase, “Ugh, as if!” every time we wear it.
Cut-Out Pink Dress
Cut-out details were big in the 90s, and they’re back again in this pretty pink dress. With its high neckline, textured fabric, and diamond cuts, it balances fun and formal. Spot us in this when we’re heading out at the weekend and the cocktails are calling.
Yellow Shorts
We can’t promise that spring will bring good weather every day but you can wear some sunshine with these brilliant yellow micro shorts. With a textured weave and an understated design, they’ll brighten up any outfit.
Green Crop Top
In the 90s, it was all about baring your midriff, and if you’re going to do it, you may as well do it in this cute little crop top. We love the wrap front style and ribbed finished, giving us that sporty vibe that we can pair with our favourite jeans (see previously mentioned), trackpants, or mini skirt.
Cowl Top
When women say they’re wearing a nice top for a night out with their friends, this is the top they’re talking about. The cowl neckline is super flattering, the chain straps are fun, and this orange colour will blow away all those winter blues.
Green Palazzo Pants
Nothing says spring like this fluor green colour, and we’ll be wearing these wide leg trousers all season long. Sitting high on the waist and giving generous proportions through the leg, they’ve got elevated look that’s perfect for weekend brunches.
Print Slip Dress
The 90s was all about the slip dress and she is back with a bang in this candy number. Yes, we love the spaghetti straps. Yes, we love the cowl neckline. But most of all, we can’t get enough of this ink dye print in pink, orange, and yellow.
Plaid Pink Jacket
Little cropped jackets were the only way to complete your look in the 90s, and it’s a rule we’re happy to obey once more. This pink plaid pattern will make spring the sweetest season yet, while the mirrored button details add a touch of glam to the look.
