It seems that the realisation of splitting from the mother of his three children has finally dawned on Scott Disick.
Last night the reality star wished his daughter Penelope a belated Happy 3rd Birthday in an emotional Instagram post.
Along with a picture collage of his daughter Scott wrote: '1 of the only things I'm proud off about myself. Happybdayp.'
While Kourtney was celebrating her daughter's birthday with family at Disneyland in California, Scott was noticeably absent from the party, reportedly staying with friends in Florida.
Kourtney and Penelope, who were dressed in adorable matching green princess outfits, were joined by family including Kim and North at the 'happiest place on earth,' and despite the drama with Scott, the gang appeared to have had a good time.
Before posting his tribute to daughter Penelope, Scott deleted a promotional post from Tuesday - which had read: ‘Come party with me this Friday in Vegas @1oaklv.’ It's not clear if Scott will still attend the party in Sin City.
While Kourtney has been focusing on her children, the woman Scott was pictured canoodling with in Monaco has been facing death threats on social media.
Chloe Bartoli has been barraged by abusive messages on her Instagram page with comments branding her a 'homewrecker' and some even going as far as willing her to drown. The 25-year-old stylist has, so far, refused to reply to the posts.
News that Kourtney and Scott had split broke after pictures showing Scott cuddling up to Chloe on holiday, emerged last weekend.
Reports claim that Kourtney ended their nine-year relationship by kicking Scott out of the Calabasas home they shared with their children, Mason, five, Penelope, three and Reign, who is just six months, over a month ago becuase of his relentless partying.
And now TMZ.com report that Scott's friends are worried for the 32-year-old and are willing him to go to rehab to deal with his issues.
Scott paid a brief visit to a rehab clinic in March but he left the facility early to go partying in Costa Rica.
