Pippa Middleton On That Bridesmaids Dress: ‘In Retrospect It Fitted A Little TOO Well’

The unlikely hit of the Royal Wedding (beside's Beatrice's hat), was Pippa Middleton's pert derrière. In one day it became a worldwide sensation. She has now opened up about the moment her bum became more famous than J.Lo's, as she said although she was 'glad it fitted,' 'in retrospect it fitted a little too well.'

Speaking at a dinner at the Savoy Hotel in London last night Pippa joked: 'As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and - you may say - its backside.' During her speech she opened up about the Royal Wedding and revealed that she didn't sleep for two nights because she was so nervous.

Pippa's fitted Alexander McQueen bridesmaids dress is just as iconic as Kate's McQueen, as she was a complete knock-out in the fitted white column gown. Last year we discovered that she wore Beautiful Bottoms underwear under the dress, to get an extra lift.

The Daily Mirrorreport that Pippa talked about the criticism she received for her party book Celebrate, which was the target of many spoofs and only sold 18,000 copies. At the dinner Pippa said that the negative response had been 'difficult' and hurt her.
