Each season we spend most of Fashion Week wishing we were dressed like a) Alexa Chung or b) Olivia Palermo. But a little thing called insufficient funds stops us buying their front row looks for ourselves.
This season on the top of our SS15 list is a suede leather skirt and we've just found the perfect one. Over in New York Alexa and Olivia both wore the very same suede caramel knee-length pencil skirt with white stitching and two large square pockets on the hips. It's so 70s and oh so beautiful.
This great find must cost more than a month's rent, right? Wrong. It's from good ol' Marks and Spencers. Rejoice.
The skirt costs £199 and will hit stores in May. But if we learnt anything from the M&S pink coat, it's that when it comes to M&S cult items good thinks don't come to those who wait. We predict a suede skirt stampeed.
