**Canapés are an essential part of any Fashion Week schedule. The front row at New York Fashion Week always attracts a starry crowd, but there are some celebs who skip the FROW circus and head straight to the after-parties.

Jeremy Scott after party - 10 September

Madonna made an impromptu appearance at Jeremy Scott's afterparty at New York's Space Ibiza club last night. And as if having the Queen of Pop at your party isn't exciting enough, Madge marched straight to the DJ booth and got to work on the soundtrack to the evening with superstar producer, Skrillex and LA DJ Diplo.

Fashion Rocks - 9 September

The worlds of fashion and music collided on Tuesday night at the Global charity fundraiser event, Fashion Rocks. The Barclays Centre in New York City saw performances from Jennifer Hudson, Rita Ora, Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj. Oh and a semi-naked Justin Bieber did his best model impression on the catwalk.

The Cara Delevingne Mulberry launch - 8 September

Monday night saw the launch of Mulberry's new collection of leather loveliness, designed by none other than supermodel Cara Delevingne. Joined by her sister Poppy and a gaggle of New York's finest fashionistas, Cara toasted her new collection by popping bottles of champers and nibbling on mini burgers. On Saturday Miley trekked to a Brooklyn warehouse for Alexander Wang's rave. She might have missed the Spring Summer 2015 catwalk event, but that didn't stop her from getting stuck in with the designer and treating us to a whole lot of twerking and tongue-waggling.

It might have been a top-secret bash, but thanks to social media, we know that it was packed with debauchery, mainly thanks to Miley wearing little more than nipple covers.

**Sunday night during NYFW isn't about watching the Kardashians in your PJs. Apparently it's about partying with supermodels. On Sunday night Jourdan Dunn rounded up all of her supermodel pals (and Rihanna) to attend her 'Cell For Gratitude' charity event. Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell and Alex Wek partied at the charity event at the Dream Hotel.

Media Awards and Carine Roitfeld's Icon party - 5 September

There were two super-chic soirées on Friday night. First up was The Daily Front Row's Fashion Media Awards, attended by the likes of Dakota Fanning, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid. Naomi Campbell wore the most Naomi Campbell outfit, well, ever: an Azzedine Alaïa caged halter crop top and mini skirt, leaving very little to the imagination.

*After a quick outfit change, the fash pack headed over to the Harper's Bazaar party hosted by Carine Roitfeld. Lady Gaga and her boyfriend Taylor Kinney made a rare public appearance together, looking very loved up on the red carpet. Gaga was the person everyone was Instagramming on Friday night as she performed jazz songs at the Plaza Hotel. At one point the songstress said to the crowd: "Will you (expletive) shut up? We're playing some jazz. Goddamn rich people." Yikes.
