Where To Shop The Outfits In ‘Missing You’, Harlan Coben’s Novel-Turned-Netflix Hit

Wardrobe inspiration can strike at any time: on the school run, scrolling through Instagram, or while watching a brand new TV show (plus, reading Grazia, of course). While old favourite are always a strong reference point – here’s looking at you, Friends and Gilmore Girls – thanks to the seemingly limitless amount of entertainment on streaming platforms, there’s now a proliferation of things to watch, and more importantly, characters style to steal.  Keira Knightley’s Black Doves highlighted the importance of chic yet cosy coats, Rivals reminded us why 80s fashion was so much fun, Bad Sisters put bright and bold colours in the spotlight, and now, Harlan Coben’s novel-turned-Netflix hit Missing You is showing us the simplicity of laidback looks. And it appears to have caught the attention of every thriller-lover, shooting up the Netflix watch list despite only landing on 1 January.

Of course, if you’re here to shop the looks from the show, it doesn’t take a detective to work out you’ve probably already seen it. Although, just in case you’ve spied something you’d already like to own from the first episode, we’ll try not to add any spoilers, just snaps from the most stylish moments from the show and where to shop them (or similar). Shop The Missing You Wardrobe:

Main character, Detective Kat Donovan (Slow Horses' Rosalind Eleazar), sticks to a core colour palette of greens, blues and browns, and is a big fan of a simple shirt and jeans. While her exact blue satin shirt was hard to pin down (and a large number of similar styles are already sold out), this Sézane option adds even more daring detail with the embroidery addition by the buttons.

Kat's character wears a variety of dainty jewellery throughout the show, including the popular Missoma x Lucy Williams earrings that she pairs with her signature shades.

Stepping out of her typical jeans and shirt detective uniform, it's the Rat & Boa Athena Dress Kat opts for for a chic soirée, and it's a brand bestseller for good reason. In fact, it's a hugely popular pick for wedding guest dressing, proving Kat's character also keeps her eye on what's trending.

A creature of habit (or a very well-curated wardrobe), this is just another example of Kat in her core colour palette. The knit is from Missoni and, luckily, features in the sale.

So far, I've counted three brown jackets in just five episodes, and Kat isn't wrong to stick to this shade as it really works with a whole host of looks. This exact option is from Superdry and is currently included in the January sale.

The opening scene is eventful (to say the least), and Kat shows off her impressive detective skills while wearing a rather sexy frock. The exact version, called the Beetlejuice dress, is already sold out, but I've found a similar style from the same brand, Of The Planet, below.
