Dubbed as 'Bake Off but for clothes', our favourite retailer's debut TV show M&S: Dress The Nation is officially in full swing and is proving to be a glorious buffet of tantrums, tasks and of course, the latest autumn/winter offerings from Marks & Spencer.

The latest celebrity judge to offer their expertise to the show's budding fashion designers is presenter Alex Scott who made a strong case for the perfect suit on this week's episode - consisting of the Crop Pinstripe Blazer, £109 and Pinstripe Wide Leg Trousers, £79. Scott teamed the suit with accessories including the M&S best-selling bandeau bra, £12 and Black Stiletto Pointed Heels, £29.50. To finish the look, the presenter wore a pair of these could-be-Bottega teardrop gold earrings which are currently just £14 online.

With a flattering tapered trouser shape and a stylish cropped - but not too cropped - blazer, the pinstripe suit is the perfect addition to your workwear wardrobe. It's made from a wool-like fabric with a hint of added stretch ensuring quality as well as comfort. It can be dressed with neutrals for an effortless office ensemble or dressed down with the addition of a slogan tee (such as the viral M&S one) and adidas Sambas.

Since its glorious debut on the hit ITV show, the perfect suit won't be around for long.

Made from a wool-blend fabric and a hint of added stretch, this cropped blazer is here to save your workwear wardrobe.

With the same wool-blend fabric as the blazer, plus a flattering tapered fit and secret pockets - these are the perfect trousers for office days.

With plenty of rave reviews and an affordable price point, Alex's seamless bandeau bra is a wardrobe staple.

Both timeless and comfortable, you can't go wrong with M&S' court heels.

These gold teardrop earrings could pass as designer and are perfect for elevating a neutral outfit.
