**UPDATE: **Kim Kardashian has arrived in Paris ahead of her wedding next weekend. The bride-to-be landed at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris on Sunday alongside baby North and a whole lotta luggage. Kim's due to marry fiance Kanye West later this week. The full-on celebration's going to kick off with a meal in Paris on May 23, but the couple won't be tying the knot in the city. It's reported that the guests will be boarding private jets to Florence in Italy to watch Kim and Kanye get married in a fort. The event's rumoured to be 'small and intimate' with Kim's sisters as bridesmaids
Kim and Kanye have been enjoying their time in Paris so far, grabbing a couple of ice creams from a Haagen-Daz store. (Looks like they went for vanilla or caramel.) Kim sported a backless white long-sleeved top, high-waisted jeans and mega heels for the trip out, while Kanye wore a denim shirt. They couple continued to indulge themselves in the evening with a dinner at Hotel Costes. Kim tucked into Penne Butter, Salade Artichoke and asparagus, and drank Darjeeling tea with honey.

We can always rely on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to bring the mega-watt drama to any occasion, and their wedding's no different. There's been months of speculation about the couple's choice of venue for their big day, with Kim dropping major hints they'd be tying the knot in Paris next weekend. Turns out we've all been fooled though.
Kanye’s close friend Italian fashion designer Ermanno Scervino has confirmed the pair won't be marrying in France, they'll be heading down the aisle in picturesque Italian city Florence. Of course, since this is a Kardashian wedding it's not going to be held in a tiny country cottage with just a few friends and family. The duo have chosen sixteenth century castle Forte Belvedere for the event -oh, and they've also invited a guestlist of 1000 friends.

‘It’s true. Ermanno has been helping Kanye organise the wedding in Forte Belvedere. They met in Paris earlier this year and have become great friends,’ says a spokesperson for the designer.
That's not all though. You might be wondering why Kim and Kanye's invites (leaked in April) asked guests to come in cocktail dress for 'dinner in Paris on May 23 at 6pm'. Well, Entertainment Weekly's reporting that's because they'll be going for dinner in the city before all casually boarding private jets to Italy. As you do.

Florence has a place in both Kim and Kanye's hearts because it's where baby North was conceived. The couple holidayed in the city back in 2012 for Kim's 32nd birthday.
‘For me Florence is the most beautiful European city and one of the most beautiful cities in the world,' Kanye told Italian news siter La Nazione. ‘But the real reason is that Kim and I were on the banks of the river Arno last year on our own incognito. And I think that our daughter North was conceived here amongst the Renaissance masterpieces. It was as if it was our first honeymoon.'
While Kanye might be wedding planning in Florence at the moment, Kim's been celebrating the arrival of her special day at a bridal shower in Paris with her mum, sisters and friends.
