Kendall Jenner’s Beauty Secret – She Drinks 12 Cups Of Detox Tea A Day!

Three cheers for the most popular British pastime - drinking tea! Kendall Jenner has said she drinks 'about twelve cups' of detox tea every single day. Okay, this might not be quite the same as your afternoon cuppa and a chocolate digestive but we're glad Kendall appreciates the soul-healing power of a good cup of tea. Apparently, her favourite is Kusmi's lemongrass and green tea flavoured Detox Tea and gives it props for helping keeping feeling lean and energised.

She told E! News: "I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea. I have like 12 cups a day." She's also apparently often found nibbling on apples for a snack and eats lots of lean protein - no surprises there. Kendall's also a bit of a gym bunny, but her schedule prevents it at the moment - all that jetting around and selfie-taking leaves little room to hit the crosstrainer. She said, "I like running. I've been trying to get back into it." No word yet on whether Kendall will be lapping any of the power plays in next year's London Marathon. However, running aside, she said her beauty secret "is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."
