Oh, hi there, Duchess! Our Kate is showing her support for budding athletes at a SportsAid athlete workshop in Brentford, West London today. As the Patron of SportsAid since 2013, it's no surprise to see her and her glossy brunette waves representing at the GSK Human Performance Lab.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is pregnant with her second child, has chosen to wear a plum-coloured shirt dress for the occasion, teamed with black boots. Beady-eyed fans on Twitter have spotted it's the Vreeland Dress by Goat - a light crepe fit and flare number with a collar and belted waist that suits Kate's demure style. This is the third time Kate has turned to Goat for her royal wardrobe. When she was pregnant with George, she visited the headquarters of Child Bereavement UK wearing the 'Redgrave coat'also by the cashmere designer. At the time, Goat's founder and creative director told Grazia Daily, "We're absolutely thrilled that the Duchess of Cambridge chose to wear Goat and she looks absolutely gorgeous". Fast forward to July 2014 and Kate was back in Goat - this time, it was a red pencil dresswith a similar circle-clasp belt for a visit to the Blessed Sacrament School in North London.

Kate is due to meet young athletes who are potential Tokyo 2020 Olympic hopefuls as they take part in a number of advanced performance assessments. The resulting data will be supplied to their coaches to inform their training and competition programmes. Tests will include strength and power assessments, cognitive testing, body composition assessments and tests in an environmental chamber set to match the heat and humidity of Tokyo.
The one-off workshop will use the GSK HPL's world class science training facilities usually only available to elite athletes, demonstrating how SportsAid opens new opportunities to talented young athletes.*
