Selling out in just 10 minutes, each pair of his three *Air Yeezy *styles were snapped up by resellers and instantly sold on at 10 x the price. This coming New York fashion week offers a solution to both of these disappointments though. Kanye is back on the fashion month scene, but this time with an apparently vast and accessible range of new sneakers, the ever so nuanced *Yeezi. *
Having parted ways with Nike after the stock issue and some discrepancies over loyalties, Kanye is reportedly VERY excited about this new collection with Adidas. We’re imagining cartwheels. But are also imagining the sneaker geeks across the globe that getting very excited - especially after spotting his elusive instagrammed invite.
His team confirm that he’ll be designing apparel to go along with the new shoes but these won’t be ready yet… Kanye you leave us with so many questions! What will they wear then? A sack and a diamond mask? On boys or girls? Will Kim and North be on the FROW? Will there be a FROW? Will North be modelling a mini-me pair? Where’s our invite?
