Jennifer Aniston, Keira Knighley and Rosamund Pike are among the stars to have been nominated for Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Jennifer, who was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work in Cake, expressed her delight at being potentially honoured by her peers.
Speaking about the nom, which was revealed on Wednesday, Jen said: 'This is the best 6:00 a.m. wake-up call ever. Words can't describe how blessed I feel to be recognized like this by my peers for this film. What an enormous feeling of joy and gratitude.'
Jennifer will go head-to-head against Reese Witherspoon, Felicity Jones, Julianne Moore and Rosamund Pike in her category.
The SAG awards, which will be held on January 25th 2015, are often seen as predictions for the Academy Awards held in February.
British actors to have been including in the shortlist include Keira and her co-star Benedict Cumberbatch for their role in The Imitation Game, while the cast of Downton are also in the running for an award.
Angelina Jolie's latest project Unbroken was practically snubbed by the Guild with the film only receiving a nomination in the obscure cateogory of Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble. Ouch.
The snub comes in the same week Angie was branded a 'minimally talented spoilt brat' in leaked emails from Sony. Double ouch.
