2. CHARLIE MAY
Instagram: @charliemay USP: Blogger and designer Charlie creates the kind of luxe, clean wardrobe basics we all should own more of – think chunky grey roll necks, a-line skirts, oversized coats or layered shirting. We’d buy: Errrm, everything? Especially the white culottes and a thick knit.
3. KAELEN
Instagram: @kaelennyc USP: Relative newbie Kaelen Haworth has that New York purist vibe through and through. Think striped shirting dresses perfect for the insane summer temperatures or the kind of slinky slips that would work on the a weekend jaunt in the Hamptons as well as it would a swanky Uptown party. We’d buy: Any of the blue/white striped pieces, especially the cape-backed shirt.
4. ANNELISE MICHELSON
Instagram: @annelisemichelson USP: Savagely beautiful jewellery from the heart of Paris and cast from super-size chains, jaws-like teeth or molten draped fabric. It helps that designer Annelise Michelson is the ultimate in Gallic cool, too. We’d buy: Like Rihanna, the ‘Carnivore’ choker is a favourite.
5. CHARLINE DE LUCA
Instagram: @charlinedeluca USP: Super juicy-bright shoes in very architectural silhouettes – from cut-out metallic wedge boots to seriously strappy pom-pom adorned courts. We’d buy: Lace-up pointy Can Can booties.
6. LACK OF COLOUR
Instagram: @lackofcolouraus USP: If hats are your bag then Lack of Colour is your accessory mecca. Their super-wide brims in classic boating straw or candy pastel shades look more directional than your average. We’d buy: A black ‘Montana’ wide brim – it’s a classic in the making.
7. DIMEPIECELA

9. BOYARD

10. KINI SWIMWEAR

11. STONE FOX BRIDE
Instagram: @stonefoxbride USP: New York bridalwear for non-conformists. If you like your wedding gown ethereal, free of constrictive boning and fussy bells and whistles then this is the place to go. They’ve also collaborated with Honor NYC on a line and their mainline prices aren’t ridiculous like some alt-bridal labels. We’d buy: The 1930s bias cut wedding gown inspired by Coutney Love. Then wear it afterwards with biker boots and a sweater.
12. ROMANCE WAS BORN
Instagram: @romancewasborn USP: It’s all about the ultra-pretty and ultra-trippy prints created by this Sydney based label. Their bright colours, excessive embellishment and psychedelic prints make for really good instagram material. We’d buy: Basically anything with the disco-ready pailettes on.
13. MOLLY AND POLLY SWIMWEAR

14. POPPY LISSIMAN
Instagram: @poppylissiman USP: It’s all about the surreal and for Aussie designer Poppy, but in a pop-graphic kind of way. We’re talking about evil eye metallic clutch bags, dip-dyed chunky sunnies and statement trashy-cool jewels. We’d buy: Pasquier shades in yellow/tortoiseshell
15. THPSHOP.CO
Instagram: @thehautepursuit USP: THPSHOP.co is designed by blogger Vanessa Hong of The Haute Pursuit. We’d buy: The pearl wire choker feels ripe for party season.
16. VITAKIN
Instagram: @vyshyvanka_by_vitakin USP: Traditional Ukranian costume, made into covetable and modern folk-inspired dresses, blouses and onesies. The embroidery is incredible. We’d buy: A 1970s style bell-sleeved dress. Any one of them.
17. TONI MATCEVSKI
Instagram: @toni_maticevski USP: Highly crafted ready-to-wear for women who like their dresses with entrance-making grandeur that wouldn’t look at of place in a mid century couture house. We’d buy: ‘Soft Focus’ skirt and matching dove grey sweater, just because they’re so versatile but still dreamy.
18. UNIF
Instagram: @unif USP: Rad 1990s tinged garb like mega Spice Girl style platforms, tie dye jackets, cheeky slogan t-shirts and sports undies worn as total outfits. We’d buy: The rainbow ‘Crayola’ sweater. Just the ticket for brightening up a dreary winter’s wardrobe.
19. URANIA GAZELLI
Instagram: @uraniagazelli USP: Greek handbag designer Urania crafts her kooky wares out of plexiglass – which just so happens to be the existing family business, with a big factory in Athens. We’d buy: The ‘Queen of Hearts’ clutch would be a lovely party dressing addition.
20. LRS
Instagram: @L_R_S USP: Extreme silhouettes – like blown-out curved arms, extra-wide trousers and moulded vinyl sweatshirts – made approachable in neutral tones. The addition of glittery, disco skirts cuts through the austere. We’d buy: The big white coat and one of the laser-cut vinyl skirts.
