This week's A List real estate news is that Sarah Jessica Parker has put her Greenwich Village townhouse up for sale, for a reported $22 million. The house was on the market back in 2012 - listed at $25 million. Want the facts? The five bedroom house is 6,800 square feet, has 7 fireplaces, a Juliet balcony and 50 book cases. The estate agent website describes it as "posh."
