Leather that won't break the bank is hard to find. Whether it's buttery soft leather or an imitation of the real deal, to get something that looks chic and not inexpensive, you've heretofore had to part with a significant amount of money.

Great news, then, that the high street is currently packed with lovely leather pieces that will instantly add polish to your wardrobe. From Matt & Nat's bags with a conscience to Jigsaw's office-appropriate dress and Mango's slouchy jacket, this new breed of leather looks as good as some of the catwalk iterations, but is all under £350.

In terms of shades, look for classic toffee, rich burgundy, caramel and buttery cream to keep it feeling expensive. Add neutral accessories à la Boss' SS19 catwalk, which paired luxe leather with summer sandals and barely-there make-up.
