Summer certainly has its perks, but when it comes to the most stylish season, autumn/winter reigns supreme. As the days get shorter and the temperature colder, we find ourselves layering in rich colours and sumptuous fabrics and returning to those investment pieces that we love – chic coats, sleek boots and party dresses.
Of course, we're all dressing differently this year. But perhaps, now more than ever, we need to find those pieces that make us feel a bit special - whether it's for our at-home/virtual festive parties or for (safe) walks in the park.
For its new collection, L.K.Bennett was inspired by the chic Sixties and the resplendent Seventies. Those decades both represent an irreverence and a sense of celebration in fashion, and L.K.Bennett welcomes this in with plush velvets, decadent silks and matching prints. We’re seeing jewel tones and metallic finishes and luxurious textures, and quite frankly, we want it all.
