Lena Dunham has given us all an early Christmas present - a reminder that Girls season 4 is on it's way to get rid of any post-Turkey blues. An extended behind-the-scenes trailer has just landed, where the cast talk us through what Shoshanna, Hannah, Marnie and Jessa are up to next series.

In the 7.05 minute trailer we get a glimpse at Hannah at school in Iowa and how she is dealing with being on a break from Adam. Not well. Lena says: "She is in love with Adam and is afraid what will happen to their relationship if she leaves, and it turns out she is justified in that fear. It turns out he's not thinking about her as much as she's thinking about him."

New grad Shoshanna is spiralling after many failed interviews even though she is an "expert at trend jewellery." Meanwhile Marnie is still making our skin crawl awkwardly singing in public places. Jessa is still being, well, Jessa aka the "exact right amount of mean."

This season's version of the yellow vest scene? Hannah crashes an undergrad frat party with Elijah and goes Jell-O wrestling. Seriously. Find out how they shot that scene and more in the trailer below...
