Being one of the world’s most famous models means that Gigi Hadid has a wardrobe stocked with some of the most expensive designer labels, but not everything she owns is out of our price range. Case in point, this H&M red cropped puffa jacket, which will set you back just £40.
The model stepped out wearing the on-trend (and thoroughly practical) coat yesterday in New York, teaming it with loose black trousers with a red and white stripe and a zip-up cream knit, with the whole look having a ski-chic aesthetic.
Of course, puffa jackets have been one of winter’s most predominant trends for a few years now, with Raf Simons creating one that Rihanna wore for Dior in AW16, and Demna Gvasalia including them in his debut collection for Balenciaga the same season.
Since then, it has been worn by influencers around the globe – usually during fashion week – and is often styled falling slightly off the shoulders. Fans of the look include Miroslava Duma, Caroline Issa, Julia Sarr Jamois and even Kate Middleton.
While Dior and Balenciaga's takes on the trend will set you back some serious £££, the H&M version is definitely on the more affordable side. Race you to the tills.
