Onlookers say they saw the gorgeous actress - who's from Paris - hanging out with Orlando at an LA bar earlier this week. The pair were chatting and drinking together at the Roger Room for a couple of hours before the Lord Of The Rings hearthrob gave Nora a lift to the Four Seasons hotel on his motorbike.
