Emily Ratajkowski’s exclusive new capsule collection with Superga is a must-have for your spring/summer wardrobe

Emily tells Grazia, “The partnership came from me just wearing the shoes and being photographed in them in New York. Superga reached out and I was super excited to work with them and just stick to the DNA of the brand. They were like, ‘What are your crazy ideas?’, but I just love the simple sneaker. I feel like that’s what makes them unique, special and kind of outlandish.” True to her word, sticking to the DNA of the brand is exactly what she’s done with her hand-picked selection of classic Superga’s.

In fact, some of the most iconic Superga styles can be found in Emily’s capsule collection, including the Superga 2750, a style conceived as the first Italian tennis shoe over 100 years ago, and the Alpina, known for trekking back in the 50s. Emily’s personal touch is a subtle tweak, simply making the bindings an off-white colour, and rounding the shape of the laces – in keeping with the classic and simple Italian roots of the brand. Emily explains to Grazia that she’s a big fan of Italian fashion influence, “There’s something so clean and beautiful about it, it feels nostalgic, while also feeling really modern.”
