No More Blonde Ambition: Elle Fanning Debuts New Brunette ‘Do

One of our favourite wearers of 'Ethereal Fairy Queen Blonde Hair", Elle Fanning, has defected to Team Brunette. Elle's blonde hue was hard to pull off - Cate Blanchett might have nailed it as Galadriel in Lord Of The Rings, but that icy blonde tone can be tricky to make look good. We loved Elle as a blonde, but we're crushing pretty hard on her new brunette locks too.

Stepping out in Oscar de la Renta at The Boxtrolls premiere last night, Elle had lovely shiny chesnut-y locks: we almost didn't recognise her! The new shade is worlds away from the wood-nymph vibe we normally get from her, but we're totally with it. Also, our beady eye spots she's rocking some Fendi-esque blue eyeliner, too. Clearly, this girl's up on her beauty game. Elle, we salute your new 'do - but we'd probs love your hair any colour. Elle's also starring in the upcoming movie 'Low Down" as well as 'The Boxtrolls'.
