5 tips to shop like a pro
Make a plan
Know what you're looking for by making a list and try not to cyber surf into a fashion swell. Remember the main reason you're shopping online is to save time, so don't waste it by virtually flicking through the rails.
Filters are your friend
eBay is great for filtering products, so why not use this feature to your advantage and save hours of time? You can filter by size, style, material, right down to colours and patterns so it's a no brainer to find the exact item of clothing you are after.
Know your budget
Since you're not physically handing over any cash, it can be really easy to spend way over your budget! A simple but effective tip is to type your FULL budget into a calculator and then as you shop, simply minus the cost of each item you're buying!
Right frame of mind
Ever been shopping in a bad mood? I have and it can be destructive. Unless you're on a tight style deadline - if you're not in the mood, then put away the laptop and call a friend for a chat instead! Come back to it fresh.
It's all about the sizing
As you know sizing can vary depending on where you buy from, so as you would when shopping in-store, check the sizing by looking at any sizing guides. Luckily, returns are easy, so sometimes it's worth buying multiple sizes if you’re not 100% sure.
