Some good news amid the January blues: Charlize Theron has won her own personal equal pay campaign. Following the Sony hacking scandal, she discovered she was getting paid significantly less than co-star Chris Hemsworth for their upcoming film, The Huntsman.

So, she took a stand like a boss and successfully negotiated a raise to same same (stonking) $10 million fee for her role as Ravenna, Snow White's seriously evil step-mother.
