Dancing on a balcony in a 'Kale' emblazoned sweatshirt and Nike knee-pads, Beyoncé ups her video back-catalogue ante, yet again. If you thought you'd reached saturation point with Beyoncé / Jay Z / Solange rumours and the generally over-exposed power couple of the music world, Queen Bey has just given you the chance to repent your sinful thoughts. Mostly wearing boy pants with a variety of sweatshirts in the new accompaniment to the single '7-11', Beyonce appears to have taken over a hotel suite, invited over her gal pals and shot some adorable and excitable candid footage of her best moves with a Go Pro on a selfie-stick. With some quite expert editing, it's guaranteed that this isn't really a home video but with Beyoncé jumping out of a present and talking into her own foot as a phone, we don't care. Who needs real life any way? Be prepared to wish Beyonce would invite you over, and to love her unfathomably once again. Here's our best bits:
1. Dressing Room Dance-Off
In a pleasingly messy dressing-room Beyoncé makes human pyramids, turns her hairdyer into a wind machine (don't try this at home unless you hit the 'cool' setting) and yes, talks into her foot as a phone. You have to see it to believe it. Her bum-twitching (top left) is also a skill we're now keen to master.
2. Dixie Cups = Party
There might be only four of you in a kitchen but as long as you have Dixie Cups (those famed red frat-boy drinking vessels), you have a party. We especially like how Team Beyoncé use theirs as some pretty gangster castanets AND Bey swilling her drink across some expensive-looking parquet.
3. Can't Get Enough Of Those Pants
Sexy, silly and boyish = how we imagine ourselves lounging on a sunday.
4. Bedroom Bridges and Other Moves
If you look carefully during the video, little Blue appears buried in those messy white sheets whilst her mum nonchalantly shows off her best Moon walking moves. She might have a messy bedroom but boy can this singer dance - NEVER forget that.
5. It's Christmas in H-Town
Beyoncé jumps out of presents and fights a ninja, natch. With many a sweater change. She's just too cute.
