As a H-cup, finding sports bras that are comfortable, supportive and robust has been a challenge over the years. Jumping, running, even skiing without proper support is a) really painful, b) very uncomfortable, and c) super distracting.

For me, the most important thing about any sports bra is how well it can minimise impact. This obviously differs with the type of exercise you do, as for something like a yoga, for example, I would be less concerned with compression. But let's say I was taking a HIIT class – I would need to find a sports bra that fully encompasses my bust and will enable me to enjoy the workout with no worries.

That's why I have curated an edit of the best (and stylish) sports bras that offer low to extreme impact. Discover each styles' best qualities and features, depending on the type of exercise you most like doing.
