In these strange times new shoes aren't exactly at the top of our priority list. Lockdown life doesn't lend itself to glamour either, so it's no surprise that all we want to do is bundle up in our favourite loungewear and just get through it. But in a strive to stay positive, it seems fitting that we look ahead to better and sunnier days, when we can once again flex our sartorial muscles and perhaps wear something other than an engulfing knit.
A storm of new season collections have been released on the high street, and the first thing we've noticed is how utterly brilliant the new shoes are. From kitten heels with leather weaving details to pastel loafers and pointed flats, this new cohort is affordable and super stylish.
Given our current economic climate, you probably won't want to splash all of your cash on incredibly expensive pieces right now. So, let these excellent shoes be your compromise, meaning you can save a little too. It's a win win.
