Tis the season to be FURRY! From keyrings to sandals, handbags to skirts.. we are mad for a bit of fluff this season. The faux fur coat has been big news for a couple of seasons, but this year it has been elevated thanks to eye-catching patterns and bright colours… not to mention improvements in the soft-to-the-touch department. It’s not only the coat that has taken a turn for the snuggly – even clutch bags now come in hug-me fabrics.

London label Shrimps made it's name in faux fur, with designer Hannah Weiland kicking off a craze for colourful striped acrylic coats and bags as seen on Poppy Delevingne, Susie Bubble, Alexa Chung and Natalie Massanet. The first batch sold out within milliseconds last year and the brand still leads the pack for fun and fuzz. As the designer claims: “They are sweet, fun and welcoming.”
