The Week’s Best Dressed: Cara & Kate Turn On The Christmas Lights In Paris

UPDATE: The formidable duo that is Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne popped up in Paris for a festive event in Paris on Thursday evening, making for the chicest switching-on-of-Christmas-lights ever. And no, it was at France's version of Westfield - Kate and Cara were bringing their famous cheekbones to Printemps Haussmann, aka: France's seriously swish department store.

The Burberry campaign co-stars looked as stylish as ever in their dressed-down garb including military-inspired winter coats, knee-high boots, nautical stripes and a touch of white Christmassy fluff for Kate and black leather trousers with peep toe booties for Cara avec her new chestnut brown 'do.

03 November 2014: It might feel like everyone was a little less chic and a little more EEK this weekend - splattered in paint blood, face paint and other Halloween delights. Although the stars delivered some Instagram GOLD this weekend, they managed to scrub off the face pait just in time for the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala. Seeing as this was a Gucci event, the red carpet was awash with - you guessed it - Gucci floor-sweepers.

The guest list was super impressive as Cara Delevingne, Kim Kardashian, Kate Hudson, Amy Adams, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez and Salma Hayak were just some of the stars who were Gucci-ed. Best dressed of the bunch? It could well be Kate Hudson who wowed in a one-shoulder shimmery chiffon rose Gucci Premiere gown with a delicate overlay gathering at the hip. This is one of our all time favourite Kate Hudson looks - we particularly loved her deep pink lip colour and glossy curls.

Cara Delevingne meanwhile kept it a little more simple in a black one-shoulder Gucci Premiere gown with a slit on the skirt. Her pal Selena Gomez was drenched in sequins, wearing a grey embroidered column gown with chain shoulder straps and an open V neck. ***

Speaking of sequins, Jennifer Lopez wore a plunging midnight blue Gucci Premiere gown covered in blue crystals. Kim Kardashian didn't wear Gucci at the event, instead opted for a petrol blue Cushnie et Ochs silky one-shoulder gown with draped fabric and a high slit. She paired it with Tom Ford chain double-strap heels.
