Amal Clooney Re-wears Gold Donna Karan Gown To UK Wedding Reception

This weekend the Clooneys hosted a UK reception, at Danesfield House Hotel in Berkshire - near where Amal went to school.

You know what this means? Another Amal Clooney wedding look to add to the file. Amal's wedding wardrobe won our hearts last month, when she stepped off water taxis in classic Stella McCartney, floral Giambattista Valli and black and white striped Dolce & Gabbana. Oh and of course that Oscar de la Renta wedding gown.

On Saturday evening Mrs Clooney did the Hollywood thing, dressing like an Oscar in a gold sequin strapless Donna Karan gown. The sequin jersey gown features a side split and rose gold and bronze embellishments. It was available on Net A Porter for £2,500 but has now sold out.

But this isn't the first time Amal has worn this gown - she wore it to the UK premiere of Monuments Men earlier this year. She wasn't photographed at the event, however you can see the dress in this video here.

Inside the party guests were, according to reports, treated to a meal by the Michelin-starred chef and sipped on Mr and Mrs Clooney cocktails. The ‘her’ cocktail is a vanilla vodka, passion fruit liquer and lime juice. George's is a tequila-based drink withvodka, lime juice and ginger ale. A large white marque was in the grounds and the tables were decorated with orchids.

Mrs Alamuddin said to the Telegraph about the party: “We are all very happy. We’re so looking forward to celebrating Amal and George’s marriage here. This is a lovely place for it. It will be very special.”
