WTF Is This New Jumpsuit From ASOS?

ASOS have just made the most stressful jumpsuit EVER and we don't know whether we want to laugh or cry

WTF Is This New Jumpsuit From ASOS

There are so many reasons why we love ASOS. The seemingly endless selection of clothes and accessories, the next day delivery, the fact that they're constantly updating their 'New In' section to please our shopping souls (but not our wallets). But sometimes, just sometimes, they will produce a new product that will make us utter a hearty 'WTF?'

Like this 'Minimal Jumpsuit' (their words, not ours). Only it's not a jumpsuit, is it? It's a pair of massive trousers, pulled up to the armpit, like the world's laziest Simon Cowell fancy dress costume.

In normal circumstances, jumpsuits are our best friends (apart from when you’re not taking them off in the bathroom desperate for a pee). They can be dressed up or dressed down, they are the items you can always rely on when you need to make the classic movie entrance. So why ruin it now?

I think the killer crime is the fly zipat the top. ASOS calls it a ‘pleated front’ with ‘hook and bar fastening’, but let’s be real, it’s a frikkin fly. The comic design flaw creates the extended look through the body making your legs look like they’re going on forever. And yes, longer legs are always a dream, but that’s why high heels exist and NOT this so-called jumpsuit. These only give you have an uncanny resemblance to Si Co, which is 100% not what we're aiming for (sorry Si, no offence).

I think the best place for these to go is the fashion flops graveyard, amongst JT and Britney’s double denim look and Miley Cyrus’ entire 2015 VMA wardrobe.

Rest In Peace. You will not be missed.
