Even though team Grazia tends to buy a little more than we should, we all still have shopping regret about one - or ten - things that got away. A discounted Christopher Kane embroidered leather jacket, a beautiful vintage Chanel bag, comfortable but high sky-scrapers.... we could go on and on...
Well now we have found our fashion matchmaker, as Vestiaire Collective is on a mission to reunite us with the ones that got away. So how does their new service work?
They are turning online shopping on its head, as YOU upload pictures of the things you are looking for on a Pinterest-style community board. This then connects you with their 3.5 million customers who might own and be willing to sell the piece you are looking for.
Vestiaire Collective launched in 2009 in Paris and each item is checked for authenticity by luxury goods experts, so counterfeits are spotted and not sold.
So far people are looking for Lanvin bags, Chanel pearls, Sandro green velvet jackets and Louboutin heart ballet flats. The service is live now onVestiaire Collective and runs until 30th November - perfect for the Christmas party season.
