We Try On Everything In Bershka So You Don’t Have To

This week's Changing Room Selfies takes us to Bershka

Ooooooh Bershka, you wily little señorita. I must be honest, this wasn't the easiest of Changing Room Selfies. Understandably, Bershka was always going to be a bit of a challenge due to it's young asethetic - it sort of reminds me of a cross between Tammy Girl, Forever 21 and River Island. But that's OK, I love a challenge.

Bershka is a store for people Size 10 and under (I couldn't find anything over that size, but I am willing to accept that some sizes may have simply been hiding) - something which I know will understandably alienate quite a few people. Or the excessively hot changing room lights - forensic doesn't even begin to cover it. Sure you have to hunt around - a lot - but there are some finds worth hunting for in Bershka. Which is why we've done the hard work for you.

Take a chill pill

Full disclosure: I quite often need to take a chill pill. But I still wouldn't wear a t-shirt that said 'chill vibes' incase someone thought I wasn't being ironic and pelted me with fruit. But the jeans are good quality. And given that Bershka is incredibly denim heavy (every second item is denim) it's a good place to pick up new, cheap jeans.

Chill Tee, £14.99 in store and Rip Detail Boyfriend Jeans, £22.99

Orange is the new black

Nice colour, nice fit - racer back - and goes well with army green, but you can't really see much of this due to the dazzling light show. The only way to wear an orange this bright is with utilitarian colours. Do not pair with white jeans or you will look like an old-school WAG. I could name names but I won't. (And no, I don't mean VB - love her 4evs.)

Ruffled Double Layer Top, £10.49 and BSK Bomber Jacket, £14.99

Cami plus cut-offs

These are actually supercute cut-offs. You can't go wrong with some blue and white striped denim shorts for the summer. Equally, nice grey jersey camisole. Sorry about masking most of that with my arm, though. But otherwise yoiu would be getting a full blown nip show.

BSK Stripe Print Shorts, £15.99 and Double Layer Strappy Top, £9.99

Airport chic

We've been trying to figure out for a while now what constitutes 'airport chic'. I'm thinking ripped skinny jeans and blousy blouson go part way to easy breezy covergirl style when dehydrated and tired after 6 hours in the air. These jeans were a really nice fit - very high waist, which can cover a number of sins. By far the most wearable outfit I tried on so far.

High Waist Jeans, £24.99 and BSK Side Ruffle Blouse, £19.99
