This weeks #ChangingRoomSelfie comes from Europe's first women-only Nike store, on Kings Road in Chelsea. We headed down with one of Nike's latest recruits, 400m hurdler Shona Richards.
Shona Richards is one of the UK's top young 400 metre hurdles runners, most notably achieving silver at the 2014 World Junior Championships with an impressive time of 56.16. Alongside her training commitments, Shona currently works part-time, but is leaving this year to study BSc Global health and Social Medicine at Kings College of London in September. Basically she's amazing.
In between ogling her abs we managed to chat a bit of sport and discuss the lust-worthy gym kit on offer. Here's Shona's top picks of the new autumn collections, so if you need a bit of incentive to get down to the gym, this is it.
The full trackie
When someone mentions tracksuits, the first things that spring to mind are lazy Sundays or nights in. I think women’s sportswear is getting better and better every season, and this Nike Tech Pack tracksuit is way too nice to be wasted on a day spent indoors! The shape of this cape has a feminine stylish feel to it, as well as comfort with the big cocoon hood and long shape. It is perfect over a crop top for a sporty fashion look when it begins to get a bit cold in the winter. Looks great with the matching slim fit Tech Fleece Pants too. The purple Nike Air Huaraches really give a brave statement to the all black look.

(Not so) mellow yellow
I’m really into the nineties trend at the moment. I love this polka dot Track & Field crop top and think the monochrome print is cute. You can dress it up for a night out or go for a more casual stylish look. The Air Max 95 trainer celebrates it’s 20th birthday this year, just like me! This black and grey pair are really cool and the neon colour really adds a bold statement.

The cosy shorts
The varsity ‘Just Do It’ T-shirt is definitely one of my favourites from the Nike Sportswear Fall collection, it's lightweight and vintage! I styled it with these grey cropped Tech Pants as we’re now in that annoying weather phase in between summer and autumn. I like the retro feel of this look and the bright red Roshe Run trainers finish it off perfectly.
Tech Fleece Shorts £55; 95 Cropped T-Shirt £25; Pro Classic Sports Bra £23; Roshe LD-1000, £82
The statement leggings
These printed Nike Legendary Training Tights are so cool and the perfect way to look stylish in the gym. They’re also super soft and comfortable. I tend to throw on a sleeveless Tech Cape over my workout kit when I'm travelling to and from the gym. The crop top is great because it makes you feel confident, whether on the running machine or lifting weights.
Dri-Fit Training Bralet £35; Tech Fleece Vest £70; Legendary Engineered Waterfall Tights £85; Free TR Fit 5 Flyknit £105
The statement shorts
This training top is nice if you’re not into the head to toe ‘lycra’ look as it gives you a breezy quality and the freedom to move. You can either wear it with dark grey bottoms, or mix it up with a bold colour or print. These Flyknit Zoom Agility trainers are so comfortable, they have a hexagonal sole which means they are really responsive and flexible and they are really good for high intensity gym classes.
Dri-Fit Knit Epic Crew £60; 7.5cm Giraffe Shorts, £23; Flyknit Zoom Agility, £140
The ultimate running
Obviously when I am training, I spend quite a lot of time in gym kit. If I could pick my ultimate running look, this would be it. I love prints but sometimes nothing beats a simple, black running tight. This is my favourite pair worn over printed Nike Pro shorts to add a flash of colour, matched with a pink Dri-Fit knit T-Shirt and a pair of Air Max running trainers. Simple but edgy!
Dri-Fit T-Shirt £30; Pro 7.5cm Vixen Training Shorts £23; Epic Lux Tight £65; Air Max 2015 £150
