The Outnet launched 10 years ago, if you can believe it. A whole decade since the magic of Net-a-Porter was transferred to this sister brand, which allows us all to shop the world's best designers at slightly more affordable prices. In fact, since it launched, The Outnet has saved customers over £500 million – a lot of new clothes, by anyone's standards. Now, the online behemoth sells a product almost every second, sourcing 90 per cent of its stock directly from the designers and brands themselves. So, to celebrate an incredibly successful 10 years, The Outnet has asked some of those designers to create exclusive pieces, all modelled by some seriously impressive women.
The campaign features supermodel Alek Wek, model and philanthropist Jessica Kahawaty, make-up artist extraordinaire Lisa Eldridge, artist Quentin Jones and singer song-writer Paloma Faith. All wear pieces from the likes of Christopher Kane, Delpozo, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Zac Posen, Roksanda and Diane von Furstenberg. The collection starts at just £49 – for a Markus Lupfer embellished tee – and goes up to £1,995 for an incredible gold sequin dress by Paco Rabanne.
Emma Mortimer, managing director at The Outnet, said: "2019 is a year for celebration and we are thrilled to launch this limited-edition collection. The brand has grown dramatically over the past 10 years and we are proud to say we have successfully redefined the luxury discount model. This collection celebrates the strong relationships we have with our brands and we are excited to showcase a really varied, compelling, exclusive collaboration.”
Available from today, the collection promises to be a sell-out success. With silk, Oscar de la Renta dresses and beautiful suit separates from Adam Lippes, it's just in time for all your summer weddings, too.
