As the granddaughter of is Vivienne Westwood, and the daughter of Agent Provocateur’s founder it’s no real suprise that Cora Corré is a new fashion face to watch. Recently shot for LOVE magazine and walking in SS15 shows for both her grandma and Giles, both her lineage and her enviable pout have her set on her way to stardom.

We caught her before she inevitably hits the big time to tell us about how she dresses when she’s not arm-in-arm on the runway with her nan – who went commando to accept her OBE.

‘Although I was into dressing up as a little girl, I’m a bit of a tomboy – you’ll usually find me wearing jeans and a T-shirt. I can’t live without my black AG jeans.’

Few 17-year-old girls appear as self-assured as Cora in an evening dress. How does she do it? ‘Growing up, my mum’s studio was actually in our house. It was amazing to see so much creativity, but I think the most important lesson I’ve learned is to feel confident in what you’re wearing.’

And what about the catwalk? Is it not absolutely petrifying? ‘I was only four when I walked my first runway show – I don’t remember much apart from the whole atmosphere being so electric. But I loved walking in the Giles show last season. His clothes are so amazing and we got to film the final walk.’

Of course, it’s easy to forget that Cora hasn't even finished school yet – does that affect her style? ‘At school, we all dress quite similar – we keep it simple during the week and then we can dress up a little more at the weekend!’

When it comes to what inspires her: ‘Angel Haze has amazing style, and so does Alma Jodorowsky,’ she says. ‘But I think that London is the most inspiring place, ever.’

But ultimately, because you can’t always be wearing a Westwood bustier, her most simple style advice is: ‘No outfit is complete without a smile and some black eyeliner and mascara!’
