Having big boobs can be great - in fact they're more than ideal for catching a rogue crisp before it hits the floor - but when it comes to summer finding super cute boob-friendly tops can be a little tricky. So, I've taken it upon myself (and my 30G's) to browse ASOS.com and prove that they actually do exist. Bring on the sun!
Super-Cropped Crop Top
ASOS, Off Shoulder Bandeau Crop, £10; ASOS Made In Kenya, High Waisted Culottes In Animal Stripe Print, £40
A whole lot of boob doesn't have to mean a whole lot of fabric. Exhibit A… this teeny-tiny crop top which thanks to its elasticated band prevents anything escaping and is perfect for those of us blessed with a chest. Top tip: Go a size up for a little more coverage- this was a 14. Obviously, a strapless top means, yup, you guessed it, a strapless bra which we all know isn't the easiest thing to find for anyone bigger than a D cup but just as an FYI, my life pretty much depends on this trusty number from Curvy Kate.
OTT Sleeves
ASOS, Lilac Gingham Check Shirt With Exaggerated Shoulder, £36; ASOS, Rivington High Waisted Denim Jegging in Vinyl Effect, £30
Forget an understated 3/4 length, 2017 is the year of sleeve drama. And, this puff-tastic gingham shirt is solid lilac proof. Now I know what you're thinking- that's a lot of extra fabric, but you'll be amazed at just how flattering the proportions are, even with a sizeable pair of melons! So dig out your bright white jeans (or black PVC trousers) and consider yourself spring/summer ready.
Ruffles On Ruffles
Monki, Stripe Ruffle Shirt, £30, ASOS; ASOS, Vintage Look Waist and Hip Belt, £6; ASOS, Denim Low Rise Pelmet Skirt in Freesia Mid Stonewash with Raw Hem, £25
Just like our oversized friend above, ruffles and frills of any kind are considered to be a no-go when it comes to the not-so-itty-bitty titty committee. But who made those rules anyway? This Monki top is the best thing since sliced bread so don't you dare let those puppies stop you.
Button Up
ASOS, Polo Top with Bright Contrast Stripe, £16; ASOS, Original Mom Jeans in Acid Pastel Pink with Stepped Hems, £35
This button-up, cropped polo shirt is proof that big boob babes should be breaking all the rules when it comes to summer dressing. Plus, it is pretty much a match made in heaven for those 10 pairs of trusty mom jeans you already own. So do yourself a favour and button up all the way top, get a bit of tummy out and bask in all your big-bosom-glory.
Tee Time
One thing's for sure, you can never go wrong with a plain crew T, but finding the perfect neckline can be a challenge. It's all about the not too deep, not too loose, not too high-neck balance and luckily this navy number (and it's cute pink trim) ticks all the boxes. Although who's going to be checking out your breasteses with a skirt like this, amirite?
High Neck Hun
ASOS, Premium Satin Sweat Top With Ruffles In Swan Print, £24; ASOS, Denim Original High Waisted Skirt in Orange, £25
Fussy pattern, high necks and ruffles - three things that Gok warned us busty babes to stay well clear of. But let me tell you, if we listened to him, we'd be missing out on a whole lot of loveliness. After all, just because Mary-kate and Ashley are completely covered, doesn't mean it's not flattering. Just tuck into your favourite coloured denim mini and you're good to go.
