It's the video series that's gone viral on social media and all for a good cause. The self-soakers continue to step it up a notch with the likes of Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Victoria Beckham, Lena Dunham and Tom Ford getting in on the action. We are of course talking about the Ice Bucket Challenge which sees high-profile stars and mere mortals alike tipping buckets of freezing cold water over their heads.
But it's not just for LOLs. The videos are to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (also known as ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease), which affects around 5,000 people in the UK. People are challenged to take part, nominate three others then film themselves getting drenched within 24 hours. It makes for hilarious watching and draws attention to an important cause.
