Stella Maxwell On Victoria’s Secret And Her Workout Routine

Model Stella Maxwell is in London on angel duties, promoting the new Body by Victoria Secret Collection. We caught up with the 24-year-old model (who is reported to be dating Miley Cyrus) to talk about how she is finding being in the spotlight, working with Victoria's Secret, sharing her private life on Instagram and her workout routine...

**Grazia Daily: **How do you stay in shape?

Stella:"I have a trainer in New York who I see - I actually have a trainer everywhere. I was trying to do some yoga recently. I like to go on hikes, that's why I like to be in LA a lot, I like to be outside and be in nature. I'd rather that than be in a gym for an hour and be on a treadmill. It's nice to be out in the open and get some fresh air, but it's whatever work will allow because it's busy. I exercise at least once a day, I wake up early and do it."

**Grazia Daily: **Have you changed your routine since being an angel?

**Stella: "**I've always been pretty health conscious and watched what I eat."

**Grazia Daily: **Do you still get nervous doing underwear shoots?

Stella: "I have always enjoyed shooting anything really. I love shooting fashion, editorials, advertising, commercials, I love it all! I just enjoy the shooting and performing. I just feel confident because the lingerie is so nice I feel sexy without trying. Victoria's Secret make you feel very comfortable on the shoot, so it's not an awkward situation, you always feel safe and good."

**Grazia Daily: **How are you finding being in the spotlight so much recently?

**Stella: **"It's been great. Victoria's Secret really help to promote their girls and celebrate the girl for the girl, that's the most amazing part. It's just a great experience since being signed."

Grazia Daily: Do you love that models can have a personality on Instagram?

**Stella: **"I'm kind of obsessed with Instagram. I like the fact that you can really express yourself, obviously there are limits, but you can always show a lot of your personality and day to day things that no one would ever know. It's nice that people can peep into your personal life."

Grazia Daily: What are your limits on Instagram?

**Stella: **"Instagram has it's own limits obviously, you can't do everything! I'll show little peeps of my personal life but you just show what you want to show."

Grazia Daily: You've said before you're interested in music, is that something you still want to do?

**Stella: **"Right now I'm focusing on everything I'm doing and modelling. Victoria's Secret is a big part of my career now so I'm focusing on that."

Grazia Daily: What are your favourite labels?

**Stella: **"I have fallen in love with Isabel Marant, I like a little Chanel and Alexander Wang. I'm a Wang girl! Then I like to mix and match it with high street brands like Zara and H&M."

**Grazia Daily: **Which stars' style do you love?

**Stella: **"I like Angelina Jolie - she's simple, classic and cool. Just effortless!"

Grazia Daily: How is it being a new angel?

**Stella: **"It has been an amazing experience so far I've learnt so much and seen so much and experienced amazing shoots and been with the other girls, it has been really nice to get to know everyone. It's nice to build within the brand and grow up with this brand - it's just the beginning."

**Grazia Daily: **How have you bonded with the other angels?

Stella: "Everyone is from different places, we're all kind of a similar age and we all get along so well. It's incredible to get 10 girls from different places and put them together and everyone get along. Everyone is very individual and brings their own personality to the shoot and whatever we're doing that day, we all compliment each other."

Grazia Daily: Do you get homesick when you are away?

**Stella: **"I do but I love travelling and have travelled all my life so I like to be on the road."
