Though friends and family call us silly and tell us to get over ourselves, sometimes the only way to feel comfortable is to not draw attention to whatever makes us uncomfortable - and for me, it's my arms. Make the daytime case for a slinky slip or a post-watershed top by channelling the ‘90s with a white tee worn underneath. Not only will it add structure but it will prepare you for inclement weather.

5. Dream Team
The idea of a shawl seemed so passe right up until the moment Paloma Elsesser took to the CFDA red carpet it this tangerine dream of an Adam Selman outfit. All of a sudden, the concept of a silk wrap suddenly seemed the definition of chic. Sold.
