You Can Now Buy The Sacred Monster Jumper From Alexa Chung’s AG Collection

Alexa Chung's second collection for AG is onsale TODAY. So what should you be adding to your shopping list?

Last time it was that button-down denim minidress. This time around, the stand-out piece (elbows at the ready) from Alexa Chung's second collection for AG Jeans taking over Instagram is a humble knit. However, as the queen of slouchy cool, Alexa has ensured this isn't just any sweatshirt. It's branded with the mysterious motif "Sacred Monster", and comes in the highly wearable shades of white and grey. We're sold.

But what does it all mean? "(It's) from a Richard Hell book I was reading...about lead singers being sacred monsters because they're put on this pedestal," Alexa told us hinting towards a particular ex-boyfriend (and famous frontman). "I've given them up though so it's fine."

The top has already been spotted on some stylish faces. Blogger and journalist Pandora Sykes styled hers with a check skirt, fringed suede jacket and chunky heels, while French stylist Aurelia of absolutelyglamorous.fr dressed hers down with blue jeans, white trainers and a silk scarf. Plus, Alexa's BFFs Jack Guinness and Nick Grimshaw have also joined the Sacred Monsters club sporting black "Sacred Monster" t-shirts.
