Stop everything! Rihanna’s first lingerie line, called Savage X Fenty, is coming to London. Sure, they say Paris is the fashion captial of the world but Rihanna has picked east London's Shoreditch Studios as her first bricks-and-mortar location. From June 13-17th the Fenty outpost will be open for business.

When RiRi dropped her first make-up collection she disrupted the whole industry - she set a new inclusive standard that other brands are still failing to match up to - so naturally, RiRi is doing the same with this new range. The singer has been teasing us on Instagram for just over a month about the upcoming line, and now we know it was worth the wait.

RiRi’s business mantra must be inclusivity because this range not only runs from a size 32A to 44CD and a size XS to XXXL, but the 90-piece collection will be sold in 210 countries worldwide and offer something for every person’s price point. Bras start at £21 and knickers at £16. The most expensive piece still checks out at less than £80. On top of lingerie, it will include sleepwear and accessories, including a set of handcuffs (ooh err) and garter belt.

There’s a core collection named ‘On the Reg’, which is your day-to-day nude sets. To up the ante the ‘U Cute’ range is girlish and lacy, while the 'Damn’ collection includes rompers and bodysuits. For the more decisively sexy the ‘Black Widow’ line has cup-less bodies, open-back bikini bottoms and half-cut bras.

‘Women should be wearing lingerie for their damn selves,’ Rihanna tells Vogue. ‘I can only hope to encourage confidence and strength by showing lingerie in another light. You don’t have to stick to one personality with lingerie; it’s fun to play around. You can be cute and playful one week and a black widow next week. You can take risks with lingerie. I want people to wear Savage x Fenty and think, I’m a bad bitch. I want women to own their beauty.

The takeaway? We predict the return of the underwear-as-outerwear trend.
