Because everyone needs a pair of tropical embroidered satin board shorts, right?

I discovered Australian designer Poppy Lissiman whilst going on one of those endless online spiralling journeys looking for some evil eye paraphenalia. Evil eyes are hypercool at the moment - just ask Delfina Delettrez - but decent 'eye' wear seems to come with a 'evil' price tag. So I was a bit too smug when my Googling led me to Poppy Lissiman's high-shine copper evil eye cluch with a magenta patent hi-shine back, for just £38.25.

'Who was this P0ppy Lissiman?' I thought excitedly, tripping over my keyboard for more info. Turns out she's a 26-year-old designer, who begun her accessories label in 2008 and now has a bricks-and-mortar store in her native Perth - but cruicially also an e-store which ships here, Poppy Lissiman Additions. With a technicolour pop-art Opening Ceremony-esque vibe, the e-store features her own capsule accessories collection as well as providing a platform for a selection of unique and similarly ace emerging Australian designers.

The key pieces of Poppy Lissiman collection include a celestial clutch with high-shine silver moons and gold stars and a bevy of kitsch statement necklaces such as the Friendship Tangle necklace. (We can't be the only ones that miss friendship bracelets - despite having bought at least 487 every summer throughout our teenage years, right?)

You'll also find last summer's epically popular eyewear brand, Le Specs (Australian, not French, FYI) on there. Which is fortunate because the bright blue reflective lensed glasses totally sold out in the UK after Cara and Poppy Delevingne wore them to Glasto.

Other brilliant items include PLA's Camo Faux Fur Coat and hot pink Batman jagged sweater, Emma Mulholland's Drop-Crotch Satin Boardshorts - Home-and-Away-meets-The-Acid-House - and Hayley Elsaesser's Bugging Out Jeans and Tee co-ord. (Very Solange.) And all without having to fly 24 hours to Australia, right? Bonus.
