We love a good partnership, and the recent one between Finery and OTHER/shop is especially good.
As of this month, an edited collection of Finery's A/W line will be available to buy in OTHER/shop's Kingley Street store in London. Picked out by OTHER/shop co-founder, Matthew Murphy, the selection ties in beautifully with both the shop's in-house collection, and those of its other designers.
'We are excited about the opportunity to work with Finery and launch a collection edit concession within our Kingly Street store,' Murphy says. 'We are fans of their aesthetic and feel it will offer the OTHER/shop customer a product that we have found hard to source from existing brands we work with.'
The deal is excellent news for Finery which, don't forget, only launched online in February earlier this year. The brainchild of influential designers Caren Downie, Emma Farrow and Rachel Morgans, it is a contemporary brand – a modern womenswear label – with sophisticated tailoring at its core.
'We have long been fans of OTHER,' Finery brand director Caren Downie says, 'their aesthetic and the edit of their collections have always been inspiring to us. There is always a covetable selection of designers and a great curation of those collections. We are flattered that they want to stock Finery and we look forward to seeing our clothes alongside other designers that we admire.'
The capsule collection features 32 items of clothes, shoes and accessories – and they are available in-store now.
