We have long been fans of American actress Olivia Wilde. We first fell for her chiseled beauty with her appearance in the O.C and our obsession heightened with her stint in House alongside Hugh Laurie. Since she has stolen our hearts in a host of films including indie flick Drinking Buddies and the high budget Tron.
But now with her first campaign for H&M’s Conscious Exclusive campaign, Olivia has proven both her style and humanitarian credentials. Already a well-known proponent of environmental causes, by fronting the campaign she is spreading the message to a new audience of fashion lovers.
Since its launch, the Conscious Exclusive collection has gone from strength to strength. Many items from last year's line sold out within days and the collection Olivia will be modelling will be the fourth annual range, in stores and online from 16th April.
Last year’s limited-edition line collection was designed with sustainable fashion think tank Ever Manifesto and was made from high quality materials like organic leather from Sweden and mulberry tree-cultivated silk.
The collection is used to also draw attention to H&M continued commitment to sustainability – read more here. Style and substance – both Olivia and H&M’s Conscious Exclusive collection are right up our street.
