Think shiny. Think spangly. Think all things 70s, as H&M prepares to drop its new Studio Collection on 10 September. It might sound like sacrilege, but we’re pretty damn excited about summer coming to an end – just so we can wear this glorious clobber.
After showcasing the collection at Paris Fashion Week last March with a space-themed, celebrity-hemmed catwalk, H&M is bringing its Autumn/Winter 15 collection to the high street this Thursday – and it looks set to fly off the shelves.
Expect autumnal colour-blocking: maroons, oranges, golds and creams vie for attention against touchy-feely glitter, leather, suede and PVC. This high-street-stravaganza reminds us exactly why we fall in love with winter every year. Here’s what we’ll be buying…
Beige Jumper£29.99; Leather Dungarees £199.99; Orange Long Sleeve top £24.99; Ombre Jumper £49.99; Black Boots£99.99; Cream High Neck Jumper £39.99; Faux Fur Jacket £119.99
The 70s trend is big news on the high street this season, and H&M has some of the best retro numbers out there – including the ziggy-zaggiest prints we’ve seen in a long time
Zig Zag Jewelled Jumper £119.99; Strappy Dress £29.99
