See The Stars And Designers Attending This Year’s Met Gala (Yep, Kimye Will Be There)

The Met Gala is the biggest A List magnet of all time - with everyone from Gwyneth Paltrow to Beyonce to Sarah Jessica Parker hiking up the steps. The excitement is already building for the 2015 Gala, which takes place on 4th May. That's less than two weeks away.

So who will we see on the red carpet this year? Our friends over at Fashionistahave got their hands on a list of over 100 VIPs who are scheduled to attend. Apparently this list of A Listers is printed onto the official invitations in order to entice wealthy New Yorkers to splash out on tickets. Spend $25,000 (this is reported to be the cost of a ticket) for the chance to have a selfie with Kimye.

VIPS include Jessica Chastain, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore, SJP, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Allison Williams and Reese Witherspoon. There is also a strong British contingent as James Corden, Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne, Cara Delevingne and Sienna Miller all made the list.

As expected, there is a long list of designers down to attend with everyone from Mary Kate and Ashley to Sarah Burton on the invite. The only surprising name on the list is Karl Lagerfeld - as the Met Gala is taking place on the same day as the Chanel Cruise show in South Korea. Perhaps he is sending Choupette as his red carpet representative.
