We never need an excuse to visit Topshop, but it’s practically a crime if you don’t head over to the Oxford Street flagship right this second and check out their Make It Your Own event. It’s happening today and tomorrow, and you can get vitually everything in store personalised for free, all you need to do is buy the item – which you were going to do anyway, right? RIGHT?

Expect leather goods embossed with initials, sunglasses with your own prescription put in (for just £20), jewellery engraving and tonnes of clothes monogramming.

How does it work? Well, you buy your item, which just needs to be anything with a flat surface. To get initials embroidered into a white shirt, you can choose the colour, font, positioning, basically whatever you want. When the goodies are in hand, head over to the personalisation bars and chat through the options.

It’s instant, so you can walk away with it straight away. Score.

And if you’re more of a food-stuffs kinda girl, then you can check out the cupcakes, juice bar and frozen yogurt pop-ups within the store. I mean, you basically won’t see us until Sunday because you could pretty much spend a whole weekend in there.

It’s running on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 March, so get yourself down there pronto and you can find something just as fab as our shirt. Which cost less than a week’s Pret. We need say no more.
