It happens every year, that as soon as the strawberries and cream comes out at Wimbledon, the nation gets struck by a severe case of Kim Sears hair (and wardrobe) envy. Andy Murray finally lifted the trophy this year, but his girlfriend was also a Wimbledon winner thanks to her extensive collection of Mulberry bags and that crochet mint Victoria Beckham dress.
Kim was Muzza's cheerleader once again today, as she attended his OBE ceremony at Buckingham Palace. So what does one wear for an afternoon at the palace? Kim opted for a graphic print panelled Matthew Williamson frock with a fitted bodice, sleeves and a skater skirt, which can be yours for £934. Her chevron print co-ordinated nicely with Andy's striped tie. She paired it with a burgundy Jane Taylor beret with navy ruffled detailing and a black studded clutch bag by L.K. Bennett. Our only problem is where is the long pony hair, Kim?
Prince William did the honour of pinning the gong onto Muzza's lapel, but sadly Kate Middleton wasn't sat in the audience to cheer on her hubby. Kim Sears made up for the missing Middleton in the style stakes, as her ensemble had something rather K Midz about it as the princess has a weakness for an L.K. Bennett accessory (d'oh!) and has worn headpieces by Jane Taylor.
Kim Sears is all about high street heroes, as you'll catch her in Zara floral tea dresses, sunny Topshop blazers, Ted Baker frocks and Whistles florals. But she also values an investment piece, as she is often spotted with a pristine Mulberry Willow bag hanging over her arm and showed her fashion chops at the Wimbledon final in a mint crochet Victoria Victoria Beckham dress.
