We’d already spotted the trend for knee-high boots, and shown you how to wear them – they’re part of that whole 60s/70s vibe that’s been going on all autumn. But it looks like they’re sticking around for another season if JW Anderson’s AW15 show is anything to go by.
The update on last autumn’s boot? These babies are bright, in primary shades of red and yellow, with giant metal daisies on the ankles. Well, why not? They also feel a lot more 80s than the boho boots we were crushing on before, so it looks like we’ve shuffled on another decade.
If you’re not quite wacky enough to wear the Play-Doh coloured styles, then don’t freak out – there were black ones too. And if you’re looking to get the vibe on the high street, all you need is a pointy-toed pair. Whopping metal daisy, optional.
