After months of speculation and rumours, it’s official, we’ve got proof…North West has a better closet than most of us can ever even dream about. Oh, and Khloe Kardashian is pregnant.
Via the medium of Snapchat, Kim Kardashian took her followers on a tour of her daughter’s mammoth wardrobe. To give you a gauge of how vast the four-year-old’s closet is let’s just say items have been archived. The art of curating and preserving pieces for future generations requires having such an extensive collection that the items will not just get sullied but may not even fit inside a normal-sized wardrobe to begin with.
While we’d like to say we aren’t remotely interested in what a pre-schooler wears, that’s just not the case. As Kim flicked through rails she said, ‘I am archiving all of North’s looks…’ adding ‘Remember this? Remember this? Remember this?’. And, of course, we do remember this.
Held in museum-quality storage is a Balmain blazer - the one Northie wore to ballet class with a tutu. Also nestled in the Balmain section is North’s sibling’s silver sequined cardigan coat with the word ‘Saint West’ on the back. But, the majority of the space seems to be dedicated to the firstborn for there’s also a pastel furry jacket, a custom black Alexander Wang bomber and a lace Givenchy dress that was made to match Kim’s for the label’s Paris Fashion Week show back in 2014 neatly hung up.
From what we can tell, Kim (or one of her underlings more likely) keep these are archives in premium condition by hanging up every piece individually. Using cream velvet hangers, it’s clear that each item has a place. Obviously, no freebie or old dry cleaning hangers are sneaked into this wardrobe!
